  Edit: I saw that Staples replied. All I can do is shake my head in disbelief. I never leave negative reviews, but.... I used this Staples location frequently for their shipping services to help me with my e-commerce business. Up until recently, it was going well. However, on January 29th, the employee working the day shift put my UPS packages into the USPS pile. I immediately noticed that she put them in the wrong pile and mentioned it to her. She gave me a "don't tell me how to do my job" attitude and they stayed in the USPS pile. After researching the implications of sending a UPS packages through the USPS network by mistake, I went back to this Staples location the next day. I was told there was nothing they could do and I was met with a giant shrug. The Staples employee told me not to worry since USPS and UPS communicate and "these things happen all the time". Well, that wasn't the truth. The packages were eventually confiscated by USPS and they never made it to their destinations nor sent back to me. Now I'm out well over $400, my online feedback score suffered, and I wasted WEEKS on the phone/email with USPS to try and get my packages straightened out. Do yourself a favor and don't use their shipping services. Go directly to USPS or UPS and drop your packages off to them directly. I don't want this nightmare to happen to anyone else. I will never be a Staples customer again.

  Hello, I want to give a special shout out to Quinn who works in the printing. Her focused support helped my with some last minute printing that I needed to pull off and I did not have the skills. I appreciated her helpfulness and skill set and timely support. It made my DAY! Thank you Quinn! I also wanted to share that my experiences in Staples Boulder have always been positive. I am greeted and someone has met me in the isle to see if there was any assistance needed. So appreciated! Karen

  First up this place stinks, literally stinks. But so does the service. Waited 10 minutes to pick up an order. Not near enough staff. Then they hand me my bulk printing with no envelope or protection. Can't be bothered it seems. Awful shopping experience.
