Sadly, the contents (about a dozen books) were never located, however the staff that helped were genuinely concerned and offered as much help as they could. I understand it was not their fault, but rather there was a lapse in the chain between the east coast and here. Overall everyone’s been friendly, attentive, and helpful.

They wont deliver oversized packages to my door and constantly say "wouldnt fit in mailbox" - i.e. they dont want to get out of their vehicle. Then when I go pick up said package it takes 15 minutes for them to find it. And after all that when I ask why they dont just drop it at my door they have the audacity to say we dont do that HAHA. What?! Please DOGE come terminate all these employees.
