They said it was put in a mailbox, and I opened my little box in front with my key in front of my apartment, and guess what, it wasn’t even there. I called them and spoke to a lady named Anna, who was so rude to me. She was saying that everyone has a mailbox blah blah blah and was super passive aggressive about it, but I told her I never received this item multiple times. Do not recommend this place at all. Horrible service and the worker who I spoke to named Anna was so disrespectful to me. Horrible customer service.
