I figured I would try and see if I got to the front of the line before it was time to go back to work. It was still a long wait, but the Postal Service employees helped each person with patience and I was still able to get back to work on time. The woman who helped me was great. She was professional and efficient. And she positively radiates calm. I literally walked out feeling more peaceful than when I walked in.
