I stopped at the post office at my lunch break and found a very long line. I figured I would try and see if I got to the front of the line before it was time to go back to work. It was still a long wait, but the Postal Service employees helped each person with patience and I was still able to get back to work on time.
The woman who helped me was great. She was professional and efficient. And she positively radiates calm. I literally walked out feeling more peaceful than when I walked in.

I recommend choosing another post office. There's always an endless line, and no one is slower than the lady at the front desk. She's unpleasant and clearly doesn't like interacting with customers. She'd be better off working in a prison, given how friendly she is !

this place is awful. older lady that works the desk is so rude and painfully slow. always leaves the desk for minutes at a time when she’s got a line out the door and then doesn’t even come back with anything ever. I get sometimes you gotta go grab someone’s packages but I swear i’ve only seen her come back up with something one or two of those times.
on top of it all, I wouldn’t even need to deal with these people at ALL if they just KEPT THE SELF SERVICE KIOSK STOCKED. all of the horrible times i’ve had here have been because the self service kiosk is out of paper or something and now I have to wait in the never ending line and deal with these soul sucking people.
the only post office in my nearly 30 years of life so far that i’ve actually CALLED and waited on hold to place a complaint. I have to frequent this place because of work and it’s genuinely the worst part of my week/month. go literally anywhere else if you value your time and sanity.

My package went to the wrong address and was refused, then it was sent back to France. Inconvenient but it was shipped again. It comes today but I miss it for a signature and go in person. The first guy was pleasant. He said the guy is still out and to come back at 5:30. No big deal. I come. He came back but didn't leave the package and was out again. So, I tell a lady I'll wait because they close at 6. She's rude to me for waiting even though I wait quietly and out of the way. After they close, I leave and I'm in the general area outside the door and the workers start screaming at each other. Screaming. I'm disappointed in not getting my package today but more disappointed in staffing and communication. That's not okay.
