- MBMarjorie BlizardSep 24, 20254.0Once I found the UPS Store, the service was great. But apparently it's the only UPS Store in Boulder. Even knowing my way around campus, and following the map, I had to park a ways away and ask three people before I found it, out of sight and up quite a few stairs. It's probably OK for students who live in the dorms nearby, but as an older person who finds stairs difficult, it was a problem to park (illegally in a lot that requires a permit, and was still a block away), wander around carrying my package, asking people for directions (the third one knew where it was) and then up the stairs to find a store with no sign, wait in line, and then back down the stairs and across the street to go find my car. A lot of the access problem is because of CU campus requirements, but it's the only UPS Store in Boulder and therefore has to serve non-student members of the.public.

Unfortunately, they had to deal with a rude individual who kept calling himself ‘Brad A…’. I was honestly appalled by this grown man’s behavior. There are policies in place for a reason, and Brad simply refused to follow them. Brad, if you happen to be reading this, I’d guess you don’t have many friends—or fans—for a reason.
