- AAAnnieDec 14, 20253.0My experience with this Staples location has been hit and miss, so it really depends on the staff you get handling your order. Overall, the orders have been fine, but the check out experiences leaves room for improvement. I’ve put in an order for a custom stamp, along with a custom postcard, and that went off without a hitch. The staff at pick up were courteous and professional, and I didn’t have a long wait to pick up my order. Easy button, click! On another custom order for some large posters on a rush which was paid for in advance, the staff at pick up were…scattered to put it politely. The clerk behind the counter wasn’t familiar with the check out procedure for a rush custom order, and asked me to wait while he rung up two people behind me. When that was done, he managed to figure out how to work the scanning device and then sent me to another clerk to ask me to pay for my order. After I explained again that I already paid for my order, another staff member came to his rescue to find my posters. Some 20 minutes later, I left with my order. Easy? Nope. The delivery of all orders has been fine-no print errors and good quality postcards, stamps and posters. But for business purposes, there needs to be more consistency across staff training so clients aren’t turned off by the inconsistencies in the pick up experience. I’ll return to try again since Staples does have good offers and deals, but possibly with less patience. And this customer will vote with their feet. Easy.
