  A young man walked me through how to fax 6 pages with a c card . And get a receipt and put the paper the right way for both sides to be copied . Very kind and patient

  Had to print some flyers on behalf of a non-profit that I volunteer with. The final print job had an error that was not visible in the file or in the print mockup that displayed on the website. The error was very visible on the non-profit's logo, so these were unusable and needed to be refused at pickup. While the issue may or may not have been related to the file itself, I did waste quite a bit of time on this for a print job that we could not use due to the error. If the mockup resembled the final product, this could have been avoided.

  If you can help it, avoid this Fedex location at all cost. Staff are rude, loose packages, and most days fail to ensure all packages are shipped when received an hour or more before cutoff. Drive the five minutes down the the road to the store at Baseline, the staff there are fantastic, friendly and have never let me down.
