However I don't have a garage I looked all around the house all around our property couldn't find it. Two weeks later the housekeepers found it buried in snow at the very front of the driveway as if they threw it out the car and they were still driving. The icing on the cake was a lady at the USPS office that told me that she didn't send me the email that they did send me and that they delivered it and it's now my problem. Wonderful customer service. I would like USPS to fix this and refund the money I have spent on damaged products because of their incompetence and neglect.

We consistently get other people's mail who don't have a similar street name or house number. Our mail like everyone else's is "lost" or "being delivered tomorrow". The post master is unapologetic and doesn't take responsibility for the actions and shortcomings of her employees. Don't bother calling to complain everyone there is rude and condescending and the mail carrier drives like a lunatic.
