- SMSam MannDec 11, 20251.0I got a slip In the mail saying I can lick my package up same day as slip go down to get it an guess I have to return later that date or the next following day ..... please train your drivers to right a time that my package will actually be available for pick up or thw following day I hate wasting 20 min drive in one direction an gas to find out I have to return the next day u can be friendly all day an still fail at ur job ......

However I don't have a garage I looked all around the house all around our property couldn't find it. Two weeks later the housekeepers found it buried in snow at the very front of the driveway as if they threw it out the car and they were still driving. The icing on the cake was a lady at the USPS office that told me that she didn't send me the email that they did send me and that they delivered it and it's now my problem. Wonderful customer service. I would like USPS to fix this and refund the money I have spent on damaged products because of their incompetence and neglect.
