My new favorite post office. It still runs just like any other post office, things are a little bit slower pace in any government entity, but I do find the staff to be very courteous, patient, friendly, and helpful. I find that there is hardly ever a line, and even if there is, it's only a few minutes wait at most. I've been to other post offices where the line is out the door and it could be 30 minutes or more before you talk to somebody. This post office doesn't have that problem. I've overheard them dealing with other people over more complicated things, and they have always done their best to help resolve the issue and offer information that I feel like other post offices just don't do, showing that they are genuine and care about addressing your needs (they are not dismissive or passing the buck).

Worst post office in existence.
I give zero stars. 40 years experience with them. Incompetent, lazy, uncaring. Berthoud deserves better service....whoever is running the show should be replaced.

I love the Berthoud Post Office! They are actually really nice to me here. They also remember me and my address almost every time I come in and I’m pretty much always wearing a mask. Great job USPS keep
up the good work!!! :) 💪

I had a Christmas package showing that it was delivered but could not locate it. I called and spoke with a gentleman who said he would do his best to track it down and get back with me. The following day they found the package, delivered it, and gave me a follow up call! Very Grateful for the help during a very busy and probably stressful time!

I just left the Berthoud Post Office and had a great experience that I wanted to share. We are in the middle of the holiday shipping season and lines are long and people tend to get frustrated. The Berthoud Post Office staff were all friendly and were keeping spirits high, despite those long lines. Christine was who helped me, and she went above and beyond typical customer service expectations, smiling, and engaging with each customer as though they were still a person and not just a transaction. Her positivity and engagement as well as the professionalism at her job really made my experience much better than I ever could have imagined. Thank you so much to the Berthoud Post Office staff for helping during the holiday time period!!!
