Not the first time this has happened so I figured I would take all the necessary steps to avoid this disaster. Well, might as well have done nothing. Lazy staff and lack of communication skills to say the least. All I wanted was my items that are paid for.

He stated he would speak to our delivery driver and have him correct the mistake. Later today, the package was delivered to my porch. Not sure if it was the Post Office driver or the resident who received my package. Regardless, it was great to reach someone and have them react to the issue appropriately.
