- TMT MooreJun 27, 20251.0The worst post office I've ever had to deal with. I live in Strasburg, but our mail is processed by Bennett. When I had my mail held it took them 3 days after 2 calls from the Strasburg post office to bring my mail to Strasburg like I'd requested on the form. They are also very hard to get ahold of by phone. Usually I have to call at least twice in a row to get someone to answer.

- HMH MOct 3, 20191.0Well, it turns out that yesterday I received a package and went to pick it up in my mailbox, It wasn't there, the mailman got it wrong and put it in another mailbox. I went for the first time to see what was going on with the package to the post office and they told me that in 20 minutes the mailman will arrived to the mailboxes, I was waiting for him for 40 minutes and he didn't show up, so I went to the post office for a second time to file a complaint and claim. The manager said that the claims by online and not to the post office... and They said that the mailman had gone to the mailbox to verify it, it turns out that the manager lied to my face because he did not go to verify it, because I was waiting for him all the time. According to the manager he told me .. that my package was not there and that at the end of the day the postman would go from house to house to ask the neighbors, that it turns out that they took the package and they have not given it to me, they must have left it for themselves without returning it. And let's see if the package appears and lost my money. Very disappointed with the service.

Get mail in the wrong PO boxes, yes these people are utter useless. I've actually switched now to the UPS store for ALL packages. Still lose mail though...
