- EEEmma EllisSep 28, 20251.0The staff are either yelling at me, being extremely rude, or i can’t understand them and it’s never pleasurable going in. i’ve had packages dropped off there and delayed for up to a week while it’s just sitting in there. they’re always closed and have the worst hours. not to mention is always dirty and cluttered in there. most of the people that live nearby have switched post offices because these guys can never do what you need done.

Despite the challenges of this place and time (including pulling rural drivers out of the snow) Patti gets the job done. She seems to get little support from the Union or other entities. The Bellvue Post Office has been without internet for months, as an example. Cash only. Fortunately, that's not banned yet. Posting a hearty THANK YOU to Patti and others who get our mail and packages to my family.

Gentleman who answered the phone stated they were just unloading a truck & took my information. He told me they would call later regarding my package. I was quite surprised to get a call to inform me my pkg had been on that truck and would be going out for delivery. Kudos to the employees for taking time to return my call during the very busy Christmas rush!
