I get a notification that I have a package delivered when I get my keys for the box I open it up and there’s an empty package in there with no label or anything. They said it was because my boyfriend opens his package in the waiting room and leave the trash in the mail room, which absolutely is not the case. How immature to act if this was even the case. Another time I came in, I ask the lady Yvonne if I should tape the label on the box (assuming they would have a plastic insert first so the label doesn’t get damaged) and her response is “I think it’s common sense.” You would think if you were in customer service, you would be there help people.
