One said it was delivered to a parcel locker, but not mine, and they haven't been able to locate where it might be. I was told I'd hear from the Postmaster, good or bad. No response yet after several weeks.

I couldn't understand why the packages were never delivered and/or were sent to the wrong addresses, left outdoors, or simply lost, marked delivered and left outside the mailbox 2 days later. Greg was very kind, he called me to offer his help with this inconvenience, and to try to improve the service, but hopefully everything will get better.
