The new brunette girl, who refuses to give me her name, has been messing them up since she started. She is always trying to say there is no truck coming, and one time she even took one of the boxes and put a whole different label on it after I left. It went to a random woman’s house in Florida, causing over 50 drawn bloodwork samples to be lost and go bad. Then when my company tried to find out what happened, she said I had put two labels on the box and she had marked one out. I am not sure how she still has her job, but DO NOT trust your packages with her. If you do, demand a receipt and don’t be surprised if you have to track your package down.
