I experienced nothing but 5 star service and a friendly interaction every time I called or walked into the Bailey Post office. She deserves a raise for being a good worker and a medal for being a good human in my opinion.

She leaves all of our packages in the driveway and just left a box on the side of the driveway in a pile of snow in a snow storm. Couldn't even walk to the door and put it under the eve so the snow would stay off like Sue used to do.

It said that it was not delivered and to please follow in instructions they left on the door. There where no instructions to follow on the door. When I called to find my items they put me on hold for 20 min than HUNG UP ON! this is NOT the first time this has happened. Last time they couldn't find the package they put it on a random house on my street that wasn't found until WEEKS LATER!! This is OUTRAGOUS!!!
