We've had numerous problems with our mail carrier not delivering the mail to the right address. We are constantly getting other people's mail and our mail is also being delivered to the wrong address.
Recently, I was expecting our license plate renewal tags. I received the scanned image saying it was coming. Well, it never came. I called the Avondale post office and I was told to wait 10 days then click on the "lost mail" link. I did this only to find out the link is only good for 7 days!
I had to get replacement tabs, which cost me more money in time and gas.
The price of postage continues to go up, but the service we receive from the USPS continues to get worse! Totally disgusted.

The main post office lady is very nice. However when she goes on vacation her substitutes are terrible and make her look bad. The workers who fill in aren’t it

Love this little PO. Very friendly, helpful and know their customers. Never had a single bad experience. The “rude” postmaster was always nice to me, he abruptly retired about 3 years ago. Leanne is very nice always greets customers.
The reason I decided to write today is all I read was bad comments. Having worked in Customers Service for over 20 years, I know bad comments, reviews stay out there and spread. 1bad comment spreads to 10 people and it takes 100 good things to happen before it will erase that 1 bad comment.
Since I’ve only had wonderful experiences here in Avondale for the 10 years I have lived here I thought I would spread some good!

BEWARE!! The older man working at the post office is extremely rude and condescending. I try to not go in if they are open. I was taught to respect my elders but he makes it rather challenging to just keep my mouth shut. He seems more respectful to adults around his age, but if you are a 'child' in his eyes you're probably going to get scolded for whatever reason he comes up with.
