Primera vez usando este PO Box y pedí ayuda porque no entendía cómo funcionaba. El empleado no solo no fue colaborativo, sino que tuvo un trato pésimo y despectivo. Me hizo sentir mal por no saber algo que claramente era nuevo para mí y terminé yéndome sin mis paquetes aún así teniendo los papeles necesarios para retirarlos. Muy mala experiencia.

Terminé llorando por culpa de quien está a cargo de servicio al cliente. Un joven morocho con aros en la cara nos trató horrible, no nos quiso dar nuestros paquetes y tampoco nos quiso explicar el sistema. Un papelon que alguien asi esté en un puesto como ese
