The staff at the office on Alameda Ave is rude. You can great them with a smile, go above and beyond in kindness, and expect nothing but attitude, short answers, and to he spoken to like youre an idiot. Same staff for years. Nothing changes.

There’s a delivery driver that consistently marks our packages as “could not deliver”, “address not found” or leaves slips saying they attempted delivery and I need to pick the package up at the Hub. I have cameras and they show that the delivery driver does not show up at our house, nor do they even attempt to deliver. I called the phone number (which is also unhelpful) and was supposed to get a call back within an hour. I haven’t heard anything in two days and they can’t find my case number. If our government does anything remotely good, it would be firing 90% of the post office workers and restarting the entirety of the USPS.

The staff here never really seems be happy at work nor that they want to be there and it shows in the way they treat the customers. It is always so draining coming here

Hands down one of the worst post office I ever encountered. The employees rude say slick stuff because their in the wrong and trying to enstate rudes they made up. I rather go to the post office in Detroit sorry these are hand down one of the worst experiences at a post office but I do offer blessings because I am mail carrier and was treated unfairly .

Delivery driver committing illegal scans of packages requiring signature. This is the third time I have an issue with a high value package needing to be signed. We have a doorbell camera and this USPS driver marks it fraudulently wrong as no access to location or attempted delivery and never actually shows up. I have a package I haven't received for three days now and it's just being paraded around with the driver having absolutely no motive to actually deliver the package. I have lived in other states and have never seen such a neglect and genuine disrespect to customers the way USPS in this area does. Government workers should not be able to mishandle our property so negligently with the risk of it being damaged or lost. I will also be reporting this to the Inspector General.
