FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

MANAGER “AKIYA” DISCRIMINATES PEOEPLE WITH DISABILITIES !!!! Me and my brother recently visited this location to resend out a package . The “manager” akiya quickly told me I can’t send it out this way bc it doesn’t meet the requirements and this and that . My brother was the one that ordered something and wanted to send them back . He has a disability, he is dyslexic . She didn’t bother wanting to help us . She was very rude She was very rude and didn’t wanna offer a solution. She was with a no I won’t take it attitude, just because I don’t want to . My brother asked for the corporate number and she said call 1-,800 go FedEx. My brother is dyslexic so he told her if she can tell him the numbers because he has a disability And she did not want to tell my brother the corporate number . My brother asked for her name Spelled out, and she did not want to give it out. Very bad service here ,you would assume They would help people more with a disability . But no . I felt bad for my brother for Akiya treating us like this . I will call corporate and report her for very bad conduct and not willing to help us and being rude .

Went in 4/29/2026 @ 3:45PM to drop off some packages for a return shipping after I bought some items that came in damaged, each package got delivered to me in individual boxes from FedEx and I’ve never had an issue in the past dropping off any returns or sending stuff out. Akiya “helped” me out but from the get-go, she seemed to be in an upset mood so I was being as calm and respectful as I could be until she denied to take my items, simply because “they weren’t boxed together so they need individual labels to send back.” I told her that the original sender sent these to me the same exact way, so I knew it was possible at some point, but she didn’t want to go through the trouble of doing the same for me. After a back-and-forth, I asked her for the number to corporate to escalate the matter because someone like her with that attitude has no business being a manager, and all she told me was “it’s 1-800 Go Fed Ex” and I told her I was disabled, I have dyslexia and she didn’t care, she kept telling me “sir I can’t help you, I already gave you the number and you’re giving me a hard time” but I wasn’t rude or disrespectful, and I felt discriminated because she wouldn’t provide me with the information I needed to get the help I needed through Fed-Ex. She didn’t want to give me her name until I told her I needed it for corporate and when she said her name, she didn’t want to spell it for me and told me she wasn’t going to help me anymore. Such a rude experience from someone in her position, took it to the location on Cedar Ave. and they were able to take the package without an issue.

I waited for her for an hour. After that, she told me she could come in two hours. She could have told me that right away, that she could come in two hours. She serves very slowly; it felt like I was borrowing money from her.
