  I came in to get photos taken for a Green Card. They retook the photos twice—for which I am grateful, of course—but I will still have to get them redone elsewhere regardless. I wasted $30 for nothing. When I looked into the camera, everything seemed fine, but once the photos were printed, the color correction was simply terrible. This is unacceptable for such critical documents as a Green Card, given how much depends on the photograph. In the photos—and I had six of them taken—my skin appears completely yellow; not just slightly yellowish, but distinctly, entirely yellow. Furthermore, a shadow falls across my face—which is also unacceptable—leaving one half of my face bright and the other half dark! I have no complaints regarding the customer service itself; everything went smoothly, even if the process lacked professionalism and left me feeling tense, as everything was rushed through as quickly as possible. Photographs for serious documents, such as a passport, should be handled professionally. At the very least, there should be proper lighting, and the photographer should offer some guidance—perhaps suggesting minor adjustments to one's expression or appearance. I even had to change my clothes during the second attempt because I had arrived wearing a peach-colored blouse, but in the photos, it appeared pure white—indistinguishable from the background. I left in tears because I had spent two hours getting ready just to have these photos taken. My mood was completely ruined. Even an AI analysis confirmed that my photos were flawed, noting their unnatural, yellow cast.

  The worst printing service, kept me in there for over 15 min to print two sheets of paper. Gave me poor directions on how to print to tell me the printer I was using wasn’t working so I would have to pay $10 dollars total to try and print something that should have been $.50. Will not use them again.

  I like this location compared to others, Dylan was extremely helpful and has great customer service. He greets people as they visit and was able to walk me through both sending some items out for work and an AT&T return I had. Thank you to Dylan and this team!

  I went in to send an email to have printed in 11x17 and 2 transparencies. It went very smoothly and the the lady sorry did not get your name was very pleasant and it went great. Thank you

  Used this location a lot over the years. Employees have always been very helpful & courteous. Shout out to Cameron! Super friendly and most helpful.
