- CACathy A.1 day ago1.0FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

If needing items shipped for a conference or meeting, find an alternative.
