They don't have all this information on the website. So please make sure to have everything you need and you get there earlier and And if you see the line is more than 20 then just assume that you cannot go in that day. Also please make sure that ‼️YOU SPEAK ENGLISH‼️ because the processor will not process your passport if he cannot understand you. I heard that when I was waiting in line. I still didn't make it for the third time lol 😆 ‼️In fairness they only have one person working who can process the passport. So I totally understand why he has a limit. But I think it's fair for people to know all this information so they don't waste their time because we all know it's hard to book passport appointments online And it's also very confusing the website is not user friendly. Even the staff recommends to call and make your appointment instead doing it online. GOOD LUCK‼️
