USPS employee named Josie, a heavy set, 50+ Asian woman at the Aurora Post Office 1550 Dayton Street, Aurora CO 80010. The incident occurred on December 15th 2025 at approximately 3:50 PM. Employee Details: • Name: Josie (given by the employee but may be a fake name as she wore no nametag) • Location: Aurora Post Office • Approximate age: 50+ • Description: Heavy set, short in height, Asian woman who wore a jade bracelet on her left wrist and medical blue gloves Description of Incident: 1. Upon reaching the “wait here” sign in line, Josie did not greet me or acknowledge me, instead, she shouted for me to come forward once the previous customer had left. 2. Rather than asking how she could assist me, Josie stared at me in silence until I explained that I was there to pick up returned mail. 3. She then abruptly snatched the note from my hand and loudly yelled across the room, “the deadline is today,” followed by, “you want to play like that?” despite me being within the stated pickup deadline. 4. While searching for my mail, Josie threw multiple pieces of mail onto the floor and continued making passive-aggressive remarks toward me. 5. After several minutes of this behavior, she eventually located my mail in the very first section she had already searched, demonstrating that her hostile conduct had distracted her from completing the task efficiently. 6. At the counter, Josie demanded my identification by shouting “ID.” I held it out for her to view, but she insisted I hand it over, despite having just handled items from the floor while wearing medical gloves that appeared unchanged throughout the day. I declined for sanitary reasons. 7. When I explained why I would not hand over my ID, Josie yelled, “Oh, and you think I want to?” She then scanned my mail and threw it onto the counter in a dismissive manner. 8. After I asked her name (as she was not wearing a nametag), Josie appeared angered, as I was leaving, she shouted at me “Don’t get sick!” in a tone mocking me for wearing a mask after being recently sick with the flu.
