Plz update the hours online this is so frustrating to go all the way there and it's closed by the time I get there because the times posted online are wrong ..! If you do, don’t bother paying for the 2-day service; it’s not guaranteed, and as one employee told me, it only increases the “probability” of your package arriving there in two days. But if your package doesn’t even leave this store until the next day and doesn’t leave the hub until the day after that, meaning it doesn’t depart until the day it was supposed to arrive, like mine did, you just paid a hefty shipping fee for nothing, except to make this store more money for service it failed to deliver on. Long story short, I paid $65.75 on a Monday at 1:55 PM to deliver a small light package to Sacramento, CA, essentially one child’s clothing for a baptism that I needed to arrive within two days. The employee told me the 2-day service would be a better guarantee. It took four (4) days to arrive, which was Friday!! It did not leave this store until Tuesday, and did not leave the hub until Wednesday. It was supposed to arrive on Wednesday!! I came back to complain about it, and he wouldn’t even take responsibility or accountability and refused to give me a refund, stating that only Next Day and Early 2-Day services are guaranteed and eligible for refunds. It was this damn store’s fault that failed, and they wouldn’t even offer a refund nor reimbursement. That’s pretty damn expensive to ship one small item that would’ve only cost me about a third to deliver in four days if you ask me.
