    Not sure if it's the manager or the owner, but he is very nice and lovely. The tall employee is very rude. He shuts the store down early and tries to bully you into paying for a box for returns even when you have proof in writing that the return states you don't need a box.

    The most unhelpful people I have ever had to pain of meeting. Do not go here if you need help, need to have a shipping label printed or expect good service. Avoid at all costs the reviews are accurate and there are other UPS stores not far from this one with great service, helpful staff and who are polite. The staff here is rude and demeaning.

    UPS lost my package, its still hasn't been Delivered yet and it was supposed to be delivered on the 11th of July.It's now going into September!! But at thid store guys was very helpful and I appreciate them

    Having been to countless UPS stores, I can't say enough good things about the staff at our local Buckley Road and Quincy Ave. location. Asan, Kiana, and West are friendly, helpful, and handle everything with efficiency. No matter how busy they get, I don't ever remember having to stand in queue for long. In fact, during our family living trust process, Asan kindly reminded us that over 20 notaries would cost quite a bit so we had it done at our bank for free. We appreciate that kind of thoughtfulness and a big shout-out to the outstanding staff!
