The staff member who served me had a very negative attitude and poor communication skills, which made the experience uncomfortable. When I asked her to tape the box because it was open, she simply placed it inside a plastic bag and stuck the label on top of the plastic instead. This felt careless and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere of the place seemed off, and the whole experience left me with a very poor impression.

- GLGrace LanhamJan 2, 20265.0Only way I can leave a review is to use my grandmother‘s account, but this has to be said …I had a box here a few years ago for mail and deliveries and the owner and operator was so much fun and yet professional gave me advice on saving money packaged everything extremely well but I became sick with Covid. There are many more UPS stores here, but I don’t mind driving the long distance to come back here now I have another box with them. I highly recommend this UPS store above all others because of their careful handling of packages and speed yet precise service…. very knowledgeable, all-around awesome
