The prepaid envelope that I had from the company said it would deliver in a couple of days so I paid $119 to have a guarantee from this UPS store that my papers would get there the next day. They did not get there until 3 days later. I believe the problem was that my prepaid mailer was fedex and since I opted for the upgrade, it was sent UPS. I asked the young lady if we needed to change the envelope and she said it would be fine. It wasn’t. Additionally, when I went back to get a redund of my money, there is a young man with dreads that was SUPER rude and was telling me that “they dobt do that anymore”. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because there was a different man, looking to be of Indian decent that took care of the issue and filed a claim for a refund. Please don’t waste your time with this store. The one on Quincy and Piccadilly is so much better!!!

I needed a document Notarized quickly so I headed up to the store on a Saturday....not my favorite day to do things like this, but I needed to get the form emailed the same day... The Notary, Micah was wonderful and got my document notarized and I was on my way home in a flash! I highly recommend this UPS store for all your shipping, Notary and Amazon return needs!
