If I had to pick an favorite UPS location for some reason, it would hands down, 10 out of 10 be this one!!! In a day filled with grouchies and meanies left and right, Patrick was a shining golden ⭐️ of customer service. I called to see I made it by 5:59 today I still be able to mail out my package - and Patrick waited for me!! Despite leaving work early and several questionable druving maneuvers, I made it not at 5:59, not 6:00, not even 6:01. Patrick waited for me until 6:02 and was all smiles as he taped my very, slightly too small box up. If he's not a manager, he should be promoted, if he's already a manager, make that man a regional manager. Thanks, Patrick!
