We had to research on our own when delivery would get here, and that time kept getting farther and farther out from what we were originally told. Moved from 10:30 am to 11:00 pm without any explanation from the delivery company. We called and emailed the company the night the mattress was supposed to be delivered. Got very unsatisfactory or no replies, and we finally cancelled the delivery for that evening. It did show up the next day. And again, like I said, the two delivery drivers were very friendly and efficient.

Even worked over time just to make sure I was set and did the special delivery. They ROCK!
