I wouldn’t even say that it’s Customer Service because Malika was very rude. I had to threaten to call the police cause she wanted to come at me.. I asked her why. are you in such a bad mood I told her it is because you don’t have a right attitude to take care of people in the business world. I was asking to put fragile on my packages and she seemed to be annoyed. Then she did other work and left me waiting I always take pictures of my guest packages before I send them off to my guests so they can see the package and then track it. I told the guy I will never come in here to be mistreated by name is.Malika I want to give her No stars She is a terrible person to have behind the desk waiting on people. Unhappy client
