  Malika was awesome and hands on while helping me. She seemed to be pregnant but was still very attentive and helpful throughout my process of shipping my ice machine. Fast and efficient service here!

  I have been shipping my packages at the store for many many years I own an eBay store and today was the worst customer service. I wouldn’t even say that it’s Customer Service because Malika was very rude. I had to threaten to call the police cause she wanted to come at me.. I asked her why. are you in such a bad mood I told her it is because you don’t have a right attitude to take care of people in the business world. I was asking to put fragile on my packages and she seemed to be annoyed. Then she did other work and left me waiting I always take pictures of my guest packages before I send them off to my guests so they can see the package and then track it. I told the guy I will never come in here to be mistreated by name is.Malika I want to give her No stars She is a terrible person to have behind the desk waiting on people. Unhappy client
