The manager at this location (with long grey hair) was extremely hostile and escalatory toward customers. It’s not surprising that someone eventually became so upset they threw a rock through the building’s window. I came in for a simple re-print of a previous job that originally cost me $40. This time, they attempted to charge me over $100. When I questioned the price difference, I was told they hadn’t charged me for printing last time — which was news to me. I calmly explained that I expected to be charged consistently for the same service. In response, I was accused of trying to get work done for free, which was completely untrue. When I mentioned that I couldn’t afford the unexpectedly high charge, they told me they could “just rip up the cards” they had printed. The language and tone were aggressive and upsetting. When I became visibly upset, the manager sarcastically remarked that I was being “very mature.” I also mentioned that I work in marketing and that they had lost me as a customer, given the unprofessional service and inconsistent pricing. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, the manager responded with another rude, escalating comment: “If you’re in marketing, you should know how much something costs to print.” This was a deeply unpleasant experience and reflects extremely poor customer service. I would appreciate it if someone who oversees this store could contact me. I would be happy to discuss how management training could help ensure staff are more customer-focused, professional, and respectful in the future.

The lady with white hair was very rude and they tried to tell me it’s $10 to print a piece of paper.

Why? Nothing in particular, just ... Why does this store still exist? They don't even have a photo printer.

Terrible customer service made me feel like I owe them something. Workers like that make me hate FedEx. I will never use it again.
