- AAalans383Dec 13, 20251.0I tried to drop my package but the clerk called "kvN didn't accept my package because it was too "big and heavy" and started complaining that the plastic odor smelled and started complaining that it was chemicals but i dont sell anything that could be chemicals because all that was in the box was just house furniture no chemiclas so over all just lazy people not wanting to do things that come along with the job bad customer service. GO TO UPS BETTER PEOPLE AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

He stayed on the phone the entire time with me assisting with trying to fix an address change that needed to happen due to it being accidentally entered in Wrong by an associate. He stayed on the phone the entire time with me making sure it got done! What an amazing asset to this location along with crewmate Zach. Just absolutely fantastic people there at this location five out of five stars all the way explanation point if you want something done right go to this location they'll do it!
