He stayed on the phone the entire time with me assisting with trying to fix an address change that needed to happen due to it being accidentally entered in Wrong by an associate. He stayed on the phone the entire time with me making sure it got done! What an amazing asset to this location along with crewmate Zach. Just absolutely fantastic people there at this location five out of five stars all the way explanation point if you want something done right go to this location they'll do it!

Unfortunately, when I arrived, the staff couldn’t locate the package and told me to come back tomorrow. The whole process felt very disorganized, and there was little effort to resolve the issue or provide a clear explanation. It was a frustrating experience, especially after relying on the online update. I hope they improve their internal tracking and customer service.
