I recently printed pictures for Christmas Cards and the staff assisted with making sure we used the best paper possible to get the best quality.

I have used that store for years and this is unacceptable. Bought a ream of the wrong paper , went to return it and she wouldn't take it back . Said it was a item they dont return . It was not opened . Whet to a nother Kinkos / Fed Ex and it wasn't a issue to return it .. Hope the district manager get to see this ..
- JGJames GreshamOct 18, 20255.0I haven't been to a FEDEX in prolly 20 years, and yet I came in 30 mins before closing with about 30 documents that needed to be printed into a booklet, as well as 20 separate copies printed off. I am so thankful Trent was working because he handled it all masterfully! Without hesitation he got to work compiling the digital documents, sorting and arranging them in just the order I needed. In a moment of great need Trent skillfully rose to the occasion, not hesitating for a moment as he worked the task through to its completion. I was extremely proud of the products he produced for me and was grateful for the experience because I was out within 30 minutes. The cost was incredibly reasonable and I will definitely be going back to FedEx for any office printing in the future, and maybe even try out their shipping options too 😉 Thank you Trent and thank you FedEx for the win!
