  I’ve known Ryan Nolan for many years, and he’s been instrumental in multiple major milestones of my career. When I purchased my building about 10 years ago, Ryan was on the banking side and helped guide that process. Later, when I opened my second practice, he secured the best loan rate for me. So when it came time to sell my dental practice, there was no question who I would work with. Ryan once again delivered. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the entire sale. He made a complex process feel smooth, found the right buyer, and handled everything with integrity and care.   Marie, Ryan, and Amanda were the absolute best. They were always polite and understood what we were going through. They made the transition of our private practice much less stressful than it would've been. They were always available, answered all of our questions, and were very knowledgeable. I actually sold my office after we had moved out of town, so they completely took over. We have used the Chatterley's for more than 20 years. Marie's dad sold us our first practice, her brother helped with financing and then Marie sold our practice more than 20 years later. Although I was approached several times about selling my office, I decided to stay with CTC and Associates. They have tons of experience and know about every Dr. in the state. If you want someone to sell your practice, you must go with Marie, Ryan, and Amanda at CTC and Asssociates!!

  I had a very large multi doctor practice that Marie sold for me wit the utmost confidentiality! This was most important to me as I had such a large staff and did not want to see to corporate.   It's been a few years since I purchased my practice but CTC still keeps in touch with me! Larry spend over a year walking me through probably 10-15 practices and helping me compare them against each other. When the practice came available that I ended up purchasing, Larry called me immediately because he knew it was one I would be interested in. The whole process of purchasing my practice was extremely fast because the seller had a shortened deadline but with their help I didn't feel I was walking in blind. I had a lot of reports, numbers, feedback, etc that was pulled and sent to me quickly so I was able to evaluate the practice well, even with the shortened transition time. After the purchase, as noted above, they have continued to support me as needed. I highly recommend this company. I have worked with both Larry, who is now retired, and Marie and both have been great. Very good people and know the dental business. I hope they are still around when I sell my practice.

  Larry and his team were great. I was under a strict deadline to relocate to another town and practice. I was able to keep my timeline, obtain a fair price for my practice, and replace myself with a great dentist to carry on patient care at the practice. Thank you CTC! you guys are lifesavers! win win for both sides.
