  I’ve known Ryan Nolan for many years, and he’s been instrumental in multiple major milestones of my career. When I purchased my building about 10 years ago, Ryan was on the banking side and helped guide that process. Later, when I opened my second practice, he secured the best loan rate for me. So when it came time to sell my dental practice, there was no question who I would work with. Ryan once again delivered.   I just don't think I could have had a better experience selling my practice. Marie was amazing and handled everything from start to finish. She has the perfect mixture of kind, professional, and a willingness to swing the bat when needed. She was able to push past some sticking points with the banks that might have delayed things. I consider her a friend now that this is all over and that is the best way to end a deal, what a great transition. Thanks Marie for everything.

  I worked closely with CTC Associates for my dental office start up. I am so impressed with their professionalism, and their responsiveness. Marie Chatterley is great to work with, and I felt she heard me and helped me make the best decisions for my wants and needs. Marie and her team are knowledgeable and are current with all the trends and changes in the profession. Marie was great at explaining all of my options and guided me well. I never felt alone, and I never felt forced into a decision I was not comfortable with. She also helped me stay on track and organized. Once I opened, she met with me monthly to help me understand budget, industry standard percentages for spending categories. She helped me stay on track. Even now, she is always willing to meet with me and help me however she can. I highly recommend CTC Associates for your dental office needs.
