To say his customer service is 'next level' would be an understatement. We ran into a stressful situation because my son didn’t have his original document on hand. Instead of making us feel like we were wasting his time or dismissing us, OB was incredibly patient, kind, and empathetic. He truly made us feel seen and respected as people, which is so rare in these types of environments. Beyond the passport process, he went completely out of his way to help us with several other issues that weren't even technically part of his job description. His dedication to helping others—and the grace with which he does it—is exceptional. The USPS is lucky to have someone of his caliber. Thank you, OB, for turning a potentially frustrating day into a great experience!

Half of the key was already in the box the other half was put in my mailbox. So now I get the pleasure of dealing with having to get someone to open the box and give me my package
