Being a business owner, it is my priority to fulfill my orders in a timely manner and UPS has proven to be super efficient. I had tried USPS and Fedex and because of under staffing and other service interruptions I came to UPS and I will be switching fully to them moving forward. Their processing time when I do dropped offs is amazing specially Compared to the 2 to 3 processing days that USPS tends to have. Thank you to all the Associates working so hard the Aspen Store.
- AJAdrian JonesAug 13, 20251.0They demand a $20 fee to pick up postage paid packaging. They say they aren't UPS (despite the name on the door) and can do whatever they want. When I have something shipped, I expect that all fees are paid, not be surprised by junk fees. Edit: the form letter reply shows exactly the problem with customer service at this company. There shouldn't be a fee to pick up a package from UPS at a UPS Store. If there is, it should be billed to the shipper and included in the price of shipping. And it should be disclosed on their website and included in the shipping cost estimator... which this fee is not.
