- KWKaren WoodsonApr 13, 20261.0Apparently, they don't deliver the mail to Briargrove townhomes except for maybe once a week. I have not been able to get my mail for almost 2 weeks because the mailman is not showing up within the working hours of the leasing office staff here at Briargrove townhomes, and when that happens, they can't get my mailbox key from the mailman and therefore I can't get my mail. And unfortunately, the leasing office staff here at Briar Grove townhomes is about as helpful as a slug on a rock I discovered today. It would also be really helpful if there was some way to get in touch with the people at the Local post office so that I can find out who my specific male carrier is, and I could find out if it's possible for them to get to the location by 6 PM on any given day. Or maybe just deliver the mail more than once a week. That would be really helpful. But since I Cannot do those things, I give this post office less than one star.

- JLJosh LJan 13, 20261.0Lines out the door on a regular Tuesday morning. Slow service, sass, and generally unhelpful people who won’t let you borrow 5 cents worth of tape or print a simple label. They make you go to other shippers (UPS or FedEx) to print their own stuff! Crazy in 2026 to have this be the norm.
