  So I called an complained because I was to receive another package and guess what nothing. I then get a voicemail saying that every carrier is now going to make sure to pay attention to my mailbox to make sure I get the correct packages and mail and that they will no longer put other people's mail In my mailbox,And that the issue has been resolved!!! BS WHAT ABOUT MY MISSING PACKAGES THIS IS NOT RESOLVED. THIS PERSON JUST KEEPS GETTING AWAY WITH THIS AND NOTHING IS EVER GOING TO HAPPEN TO HIM. I AM SICK OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS!! The postman that delivers to Arvada Flats is plain out don't care about doing his job correctly. I am tired of receiving texts saying your packages have been delivered and when I go to check the mail there is nothing there!! This is ridiculous He delivered mail 15 mins ago I was waiting for a package I let him finish putting mail in the mailboxes so I didn't distract him but he still didn't put my package in the correct mailbox says it's been delivered but nothing, nothing this is BS, he doesn't just do this with packages he does it with mail As well I don't know how many different people he puts in my mailbox I literally put the first and last names of the people that live here but he ignores it And just adds whomever he wants to and its not even addressed to UNIT F IN MY BUILDING. I AM TIRED OF HAVING TO CALL THE MERCHANT TO GET A REFUND FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT THEIR FAULT. HE SHOULD PAY FOR THE ITEMS HE SO GRACIOUSLY GIVES TO THE PEOPLE THAT DON'T PAY FOR THEM JUST SO HE CAN HURRY UP AND GET OFF WORK HES SO WORRIED ABOUT THAT , THAT HE DOESN'T CARE TO PAY ATTENTION TO DOING HIS JOB CORRECTLY. IT CANT BE THAT HARD TO ACTUALLY READ THE NAME AND ADDRESS AND PUT MAIL AND PACKAGES INTO THE CORRECT MAILBOX HES GIVING PEOPLE FREE STUFF AND WHATS EVEN SADDER IS THAT PEOPLE THAT ARE RECEIVING THE STUFF AREN'T HONEST AND THEY KEEP THE PACKAGES. I WOULD NEVER KEEP SOMEONE ELSES STUFF I STRUGGLE AND KNOW THAT THERE ARE TIMES PEOPLE HAD TO SAVE AND SAVE AND WORK AND WORK TO GET THE THINGS THEY BUY AND ITS A TERRIBLE FEELING WHEN SOMEONE STEALS IT OR ITS GIVEN TO SOMEONE THAT ISN'T GOING TO TAKE THE TIME TO RETURN IT TO THE PERSON UT BELONGS TO. I AM SORRY BUT THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS HE OBVIOUSLY ISN'T GETTING IN TROUBLE FOR THESE THINGS THATS WHY HE KEEPS DOING IT. HE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THESE THINGS

  I live in Arvada, and if you only knew how tired I am of your workers putting my packages into the wrong mailboxes. I ordered an original iPhone case, and you still managed to put it in the wrong place—this has become extremely frustrating for me, and I’m really tired of this happening over and over again.

  They do not answer the phone . My package has been missing for almost a week now . It's been two days since they said they were looking into it .

  LIARS!!!! I older a package and it was supposed to get here Saturday. After looking at the eta it said “Could not be delivered due to gate access” that is how I know they did NOT attempt the delivery. I don’t have a gate in my community. In fact I’m the very first apartment in the entire community and if they drove to the community they would see no gate is there. I was then told it will be delivered Tuesday, I’m already annoyed but okay. I give it a day then I look at tracking again.. now it says I have to pick it up myself at their location. That is ridiculous that I have to go out my way to pick it up myself because they were too lazy to deliver? That’s their job. I don’t understand the laziness, and lies.
