- KBkelley BApr 1, 20261.0I brought in a huge box to return Even the guy next-door interstate battery came running out to open the door for me , Talk about customer service over there wonderful ! There were two people at the desk that didn’t even greet me, as I’m holding this huge box, After a minute or two standing there, The African-American with a ponytail says I can place it down, doesn’t say a word, so I said hello! And still nothing in return! returned to my items and I left. I hope we get robots in this store. That was some of the worst customer service I’ve seen Lifetime.

People for some reason think shipping is supposed to be fast, if you want your stuff shipped correctly and to the right place, take a deep breath and slowdown. The employees are doing the best they can. The self service option at this location is an absolute lifesaver. I’m happy to know the trick. The store is clean and in a convenient safe location. A+ to this store compared to some I’ve visited.
