They're fairly busy, which I understand, and when I finally get to the front of the line, the lady that "helped me" couldnt have been more rude. Literally said "so what do you want me to do?" and acted like I was a moron for not receiving mail, like it was my fault. I dont understand the rudeness and contempt, all I was asking for was some help with my mail that should be delivered to my house. Completely pointless trip to the post office, and wouldnt have been as bad if the blonde lady hadn't acted like I was an idiot for asking for help. If you need to ship anything, or even need help with any mail, id go literally anywhere else.

We showed up and they told us that the passport clerk called out sick, but we did not get a phone call or notification even though he said they did. He then wanted to reschedule me for a month out which means we will have to pay the $65 expedite fee. Sounds like the manager should be paying that for us.
