Tried calling them back and it went unanswered until the phone automatically disconnected. Been fighting with them on getting a package for the last three months that keeps making it to Arvada, then it is marked as return to sender at this location. It can go all over, but there is an issue as soon as it gets here

I did not receive a call!! No mail arrived on day 4, called Post office and their carrier lied to his supervisor, as I could hear the supervisor talking to the carrier, saying he had put all the mail in our slot the day before. I was here at 4:30 am today and guess what THERE WAS NO MAIL in our foyer. This is a re-occurring issue with this Post Office and this carrier. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I am talking about very very important mail. Amazon UPS and everyone else gets my things to me!!! I never get mail at my mailbox because my mailman never gives my mail to me.. I've called the supervisor at the Arvada Post office he said "not my mailman" he would not do that! Today is the first time a delivery from TEMU went through the post office and I didn't get my pants today 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Mail lady is a sweetheart who told me to keep trying this location. Unfortunately no help and they say just keep trying other locations as they have no timeline on forms or any ability to help. Sad to hear everyone say just go online and not be of assistance.
