Outgoing mail not picked up for two days in a row and no mail at all today. Even called about it yesterday and they said they would leave a note for the carrier, I guess they decided not to come at all. Very frustrating!

Multiple lost packages that originated at this location, and zero help from USPS in tracking them down. I live a half mile away and travel further to other locations because this one has proven so unreliable.

This post office is awful. Had a passport appointment that we had made weeks in advance and had to drive 45 min to get to. We showed up and they told us that the passport clerk called out sick, but we did not get a phone call or notification even though he said they did. He then wanted to reschedule me for a month out which means we will have to pay the $65 expedite fee. Sounds like the manager should be paying that for us.

I wanted to know where the post office mailbox was located on the King Soopers parking lot near Sheridan and 64th, but the Internet wouldn't tell me where it was at. So I tried calling the Post office, but the automated system just kept asking me unrelated questions . I fought it for a while , but decided to drive over to the Arvada post office, but all the drive up mail boxes were faced the wrong way. I need to write to my congress people and tell them to privatize the post office, as every time I need assistance I only get frustration.

I'm not sure why this post office has such negative reviews. Coming from an unbiased customer, every time I've visited (about 10-15 times total), its been super speedy service from kind staff. Most of my issue began from having an old mailbox that wouldn't lock anymore and one that I lost a mailbox key for. I went into the USPS and they walked me through what forms to ask for rekeying and for holding mail. They were upfront on the cost for key replacement and the timeline, so in the interim I've come in for mail and to send some packages around the holidays. I must say- after being to other USPS in the area (one near Jefferson County Courthouse and Wheat Ridge), this one is way more efficient (waiting at most 5 minutes) and kinder service. The workers genuine care about their customers and try their absolute best to get the info you need for mail decisions. 5/5
