I called to have packages and mail from my box shipped to my new address. They had to call me back later because they didn’t know how to do that. Then, they took my payment and said they’d box it up later that day and send it. Two weeks later, my tracking shows it was never scanned and there’s no trace that it ever left the store. There are similar reviews here. I called to ask why it was never shipped and they had no explanation other than “they remembered doing it.” They said they’d call me back after looking into it, and that was a week ago - no word. This store needs to get organized. I’m out $400 worth of goods with no explanation of what happened to them. After paying over $100 for a mailbox as well.
