    Fed ex is great normally, I love you guys for always delivering my packages but you need to improve your system for redirecting packages to fedex locations. It has happened twice now where I have a large package (4 pieces) and I call to get it redirected to a fedex location due to packages being stolen at my apartment, but instead of delivering all four to one place they will deliver the master package to the fedex location and the other three still get sent to my apartment? Like that’s even worse! And then I call customer service to ask if there’s anything we can do to prevent this from happening again and they just say it’s a system glitch and they can’t do anything. That’s bullshit! (Do not ever have multi-box packages redirected to the office it is always a headache and not worth your time)
