- FFFranJan 4, 20261.0Their email server sucks and cannot intake photos taken on professional cameras as they are too large. They will not let you use one of the many usbs they have to transfer photos to the printers. I purchased a fedex usb here and then left it behind and they would not give it to me to use for printing my photos unless I bought a new one. Also for passport printing they force you to buy a new usb from them. Long story short they scam you into buying usbs.

I paid $200 for this shipment to be overnighted. Might as well use USPS because FedEx is now at their level and can't honor an overnight, or even 1 or 2 day delay for a priority overnight package. They could have been up front and put the real delivery timeline when I was carefully preparing the shipment. I did nothing wrong

It’s mid-December, everything is a mess, there are major ground shipping disruptions everywhere with FedEx, and yet somehow, against all odds everyone in here was insanely nice and helpful - going beyond like it was a random Tuesday in June, not the busiest time for the year for them. There were maybe 3-4 people in line in front of me when I arrived, and everyone thanked the team for their exceptional service. Most people only write reviews for places like this when they are pissed, which is probably why it has a mediocre rating right now… but I’m writing this for myself and everyone else in line today who probably won’t write a review. Shannon - your effort, kindness and genuine customer service doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep it up.
- LHLauren HendricksDec 4, 20255.0shannon and his team were amazing—they helped me print save-the-dates same day. he and his team were very helpful/accommodating, and the prints turned out extremely high quality. there’s a great small business feel to this location! edit to another review—they actually do have matte card-stock to print on, which is what i went with (weight options 100 & 130)!
