The hours are a complete mystery – sometimes it's open, sometimes it's not, but most of the time, it's just a locked door and a note that says 'Back in 15 minutes' (which, spoiler alert, they never are). And the management? Don't even get me started. It's like they're actively trying to make the postal service worse. Save yourself the frustration and drive to a different location. This place is a black hole for your mail and your sanity.

The other mysteriously WAS delivered. The lady said she wouldn’t have accepted it because it was ups. Funny UPS has no “ return tracking “ it was last scanned by ALMA PO. The package said it was Starbucks coffee on the outside. Seems to me someone needs to investigate this location of the PO service for theft. I wouldn’t use this location for anything if you are traveling.
