I’m an online seller who has been dealing with package inquiries and missing mail requests all week (this is in the thick of the pandemic/holiday season). One of my packages was destined for Aguilar and I have rarely dealt with a more helpful crew of people! I talked with multiple people from this P.O. who were so friendly on the phone and promised to email my local hub to try to the shake this missing package loose. My local hub has been absolutely overwhelmed lately to the point of telling customers this is just the way it is, and there’s nothing we can do. I don’t hold it against them in these times of unprecedented online shopping and worker shortages. Well by hook, crook, or pure chance, the package showed up in Aguilar yesterday. Even if it was pure chance, talking to a friendly person on the phone who took active steps to help me was very reassuring in the midst of $100s of dollars of missing inventory. Thank you, Aguilar PO!!!
