- LLleneDec 12, 20251.0one of the ladies who works here is seriously out of touch and ive never left a review before but this calls for it. i bring in paid, stamped mail all the time for photocards. they’re light and i weigh them before bringing them in. every single time ive been to this post office, my letters have been sent and delivered with ease thanks to the others working here. but when this women helped me, she tried to claim that my envelopes were parcels. i told her id had no trouble before with my stamped mail, and i come there almost every day. she proceeded to say “we’ll see what happens.”. of course, the one time my mail is “denied” were the ones i tried to send with her. $7 for an envelope with a card in it ?? out of her absolute mind and incredibly rude. go to a different post office because clearly the lady working here doesn’t know anything other than how to overcharge and ruin peoples mail. she also loves to BEND YOUR MAIL IN FRONT OF YOU ??? who the hell bends somebodies mail ?? hello ?? genuinely unbelievable.

- EWEric WardNov 8, 20191.0By far the most awful Post Office in the country. I had a pkg that needed my signature. I waited all day. The tracking said they could not access my property? I called the next day and they could not find my item. Somehow the destroyed box with an odd note written on it showed up in my mail box a day later. The tracking said nothing. Today, "weeks later" I got a tracking update saying my item was being mailed back to sender. Ummm - what item is that since I received mine in a suspicious way. I went in to the Yucaipa branch. Asked for a manager. Showed them the mess and I was kicked out. Lovely, and they wonder why the Postal service is going out of business. Oh, and I did figure out what was going on. It's extremely disappointing. They should be ashamed.
- WBWilliam BearFeb 11, 20171.0Of all the places I have lived in these United States, Yucaipa has consistently delivered the worst postal service I have ever experienced. The counter is always short staffed, especially during peak times. There have been way too many issues to list here, but I will say this: Every issue I have brought to the attention of every postmaster on duty at this post office has been flippantly dismissed without any attempt at a resolution. There have been three incidents (so far) that were so egregious that I have filed formal complaints.
