Before shipping, I called to confirm my package (Christmas toys, clothes, and gifts for family in Mexico) could be sent. I then went in-store where the package was packed by an associate and all items were fully disclosed. No prohibited item restrictions were mentioned. After shipment, the package was returned for containing shoes — information that was never disclosed beforehand. I followed instructions, removed the shoes, and re-shipped the package. It was returned a second time. When I requested a refund due to the shipment failing twice, the store manager was rude, dismissive, refused to explain the issue clearly, refused to escalate to the owner, and ultimately hung up on me. Very unprofessional. The store accepted payment, packed the shipment, and approved the contents, yet failed to properly advise on restrictions. I expected better communication and customer service.
