  I had a very disappointing experience with international shipping at this UPS Store in Yucaipa. Before shipping, I called to confirm my package (Christmas toys, clothes, and gifts for family in Mexico) could be sent. I then went in-store where the package was packed by an associate and all items were fully disclosed. No prohibited item restrictions were mentioned. After shipment, the package was returned for containing shoes — information that was never disclosed beforehand. I followed instructions, removed the shoes, and re-shipped the package. It was returned a second time. When I requested a refund due to the shipment failing twice, the store manager was rude, dismissive, refused to explain the issue clearly, refused to escalate to the owner, and ultimately hung up on me. Very unprofessional. The store accepted payment, packed the shipment, and approved the contents, yet failed to properly advise on restrictions. I expected better communication and customer service.

  The whole staff was fast, efficient, and friendly. Sarina the ASM helped me and was excellent and helpful. Nice to have a good experience in the middle of the crazy holidays.

  A Truly Outstanding UPS Store Experience! I just had the most amazing experience at this UPS Store! I walked in carrying a heavy box for a return, and before I could even get to the counter, someone who looked like the manager came right out to grab the box and help me. She had done the exact same thing for the customer before me, and it immediately set such a positive tone. The entire team was cheerful, welcoming, and clearly worked together so well. You could feel the teamwork and genuine happiness in how they supported each other and their customers. It’s rare to see that level of service and energy these days, and it honestly made my whole day. Huge shoutout to this location for going above and beyond. If you need anything shipped or returned, this is the place to go. Exceptional service and wonderful people!

  I was actually, as always..... very pleased with the service received . April went out of her way to accommodate me on sending my package. She is very personable, and so friendly and nice to the public .Mica who has waited on me other times when I have sent packages.noticed me & waved to me! Such a great group you have working there.!!
