I had great service from the Staples team. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They let me know about coupons rewards and discounts that were applicable to my purchase.

I go to this store at least once a week. Andrea is an amazing employee. She is so helpful! If she isn’t on the fast track to become a manager, she should be! Very knowledgeable!

I only visit this Staples for Amazon returns. Most of the employees act bothered with Amazon returns, they take care of all other customers first and leave the Amazon line for last! It does not matter how long the line is. On several occasions, Amazon people have complained, and they have said out loud, "we take care of our customers first." If we are not their customers, then what are we?
Also, how is it that the entire staff is White/Caucasian? Not one Hispanic, Black, or any other race works there?? How is that possible?
Lastly, I do not like that Amazon only gives me the option to take my returns to Staples. For other locations I have to pay!
Please add a review if you have similar experiences. Maybe Amazon can send us back to UPS or another location and let this Staples close down. Without Amazon they would not be open.
I must add that one of the younger ladies that works there is very nice and friendly. She greets the Amazon people and makes positive comments. She must be part time because I only see her once in a great while. I wish I knew her name. Only a few females work there, the staff is majority males.
It's unfortunate that I always have returns. I shop way too much and I always have something to return.
My New Year resolution is to stop shopping at Amazon, find another competitor, and not have to go to this Staples again!!

They never have ever I need. Andrea has zero customer service skills. Asked to have a label printed and was told it would take 24 hours and wouldn't be ready until the next day. Her response was very bothered, as if I had asked her for a pot of gold at end the the rainbow. I printed my own label in minutes and tapped it to the front then shipped it else where because GOD forbid Andrea get interrupted again. The line is literally OUT the door and she will still act like she has all this stuff to print. You have a guy running the Amazon line and a register in between customers because her Royal Highness Andrea is beneath customer service with smile. The photos can wait. Get your line down and fix your face!
