She went the extra mile to show me the step-by-step instructions to retain my UPS receipt and the tracking details to verify the device is shipped and delivered. Shasta explained the importance of being able to prove my package was sent and received because sometimes, people can’t give that verification to the recipient if the customer didn’t save, scan or keep the UPS documents. I am SO grateful for Shasta’s patience, kindness and thoughtful actions on my behalf. I’m a young senior and really grateful. She gives me amazingly good confidence in your company! I will always choose UPS now for my shipping needs. Thank you Shasta and the whole UPS team!
