The rudest cashier I've ever experienced. Brown skin lots of eyeliner and young. Working the register at 1pm on Christmas eve. She gave me so much attitude and twisted her face at me twice because she didn't understand the context of an earlier conversation between myself and her boss. So rude. If I see her I won't buy my stuff. I didn't buy my stuff today. I'll spend my money else where. Coach her or terminate her. Her social skills need a lot of improvement if she's going to be the lasting impression of every guest leaving your store.

Came to staples to use the copy & faxing services and the staff were very helpful and nice. They made an effort to help all customers as soon as possible.

I came to send a fax and my experience was horrible. I came in around 1:40 PM and there was a lot of people at the UPS/shipping and printing and marketing services area. There was no clear line for both stations. A few of us (customers) stood in the wrong line. By the time it was my turn, the first machine I used was broken so I waited for the next one available. Once I finished my fax, I realized I was charged multiple times because someone used the first machine I was at to print. Apparently I was supposed to "sign out" of the machine even though I had hit cancel. It normally wouldn't have been a big deal, but $10 for a fax was a bit expensive. So, I had to wait and get a refund. On top of all that, when my wife asked for the code for the restroom, she had to wait by the bathroom while someone typed the code in themselves because they didn't trust us. By the time we left, it was 2:15 PM. Worst experience ever!!!

The store was neat and clean (as it ALWAYS is) and the shelves were well stocked!!!! ): Associates are informed, pleasant, and competent!!!!! Managers know their stores in terms of stock which is a true blessing!!! All personnel seem confident in their positions and apply their knowledge to help customers when asked for help!!! If I was looking for a job, today, Staples would be my first choice!!! Each time I'm in your store, I dream of being part of your team!!! Someday............!
