  Shoutout to Jenn! Huge thank you to Jenn in Yuba City store, for her help today (3/1/26) walking us through our printer options. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of each model and gave us genuinely helpful advice without any pressure. Super kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated her guidance ✨While some sales reps push products, Jenn actually educates you-no fluff, no pressure, just facts. Kind, sharp, and genuinely helpful. If you’re lucky enough to get Jenn, you’re in good hands. Everyone else? Take notes. 👏

  I'm very satisfied with the service they have provided me since I purchased my computer at Staples on On October 2024. If I need any tech support they are always very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Staples to anyone.

  so i went in there to get a 4x5 like laminated, pocket sized card printed. i gave the worker instructions very clearly in pretty good English. I went in next day to pick up and received the first paper like if I wanted to print a paper why would i place a whole order??? so I paid for a piece of paper I didn't even need. Then, I had the other worker place ANOTHER order for me. i went in the next day to pick this new order up and received the second pic. they were so close, but i guess we have different definitions of pocket sized? now I'ma have to go back so they can cut it because they were too busy at the time i paid....anyways making multiple trips for such a simple order is frustrating lol but whatever
