  The staff who helped me today was excellent. They made me feel welcomed and even took the extra step to offer to help to carry my heavy box. The staff were very attentive and helpful during the whole experience. They were really kind and professional.

  I had a return for Amazon and they were making me pay for a return. I spoke to Abrahim and he helped me out. He helped me contact customer service to help me return it for free. Great customer service and love this store!

  In this store, a female employee of Indian origin shouted "go back to China" to the guests, which is a serious racial discrimination. I don't see why there is any need for such staff to work here or for such a store to exist. UPS should shut it down ASAP!
