They used to have hours that allowed for early pickup before they open, not anymore... They have parcel boxes outside, but 95% of the time I get a blue slip to pick up my package, rather than a key to get it outside...And I'm always at work during business hours. They could do better if they received more assistance from the higher ups I imagine...
